Ken and his team did a wonderful job repairing our broken stairs. The creaks and groans are gone, and they are quiet. They were very clean and had minimal impact on our family life.
While in our house, I asked him for suggestions on fixing a few other things, and he shortly had them resolved and improved, and they had nothing to do with the stairs. I connected him with a neighbor and Ken has taken care of his stair repair and other items.
I am a very satisfied customer and intend to work with Tread Designs in the future if the need arises.
